With 1-on-1 coaching sessions we focus on your specific needs and goals for science communication or content creation. This might mean helping to conceptualise your audience, define topics and content buckets, and transform your research into engaging online content. You might need advice on the gear and software you need to start, and creating a unique brand that reflects your scientific expertise. With the coaching plan, you'll have personalised guidance and support to help you succeed in online science communication.
We start with an in-depth questionnaire to understand your specific challenges and goals. Using this information, we personalize the coaching to help you maximize your channel's effectiveness and achieve your goals. For that we offer two routes:

6 week Mentorship
Here we can cover more comprehensive topics and offer more in-depth guidance. Some topics we can cover include:
Developing a brand for your online science communication efforts and creating a content strategy that aligns with your brand and goals.
Audience research and analysis to understand your target audience and their needs, interests, and preferred communication styles.
Defining workflows and creating a content calendar to help you create appealing and engaging content and build a community of followers around your content.

Workshops
The same as our coaching, but now for bigger groups.
Our Science Communication 101 workshop is designed to help scientists learn the fundamentals of effective science communication. Participants will learn how to distill complex scientific concepts into easy-to-understand language, tasting different media and learn to create engaging visuals to deliver compelling content.
Through interactive exercises and expert guidance, our workshop will help scientists feel confident and empowered to communicate their research to diverse audiences. Depending on time available we have a few workshops for you!

Starter workshop: Science Communication 101
In this workshop, you'll learn the fundamentals of science communication through online media.
We'll help you double down on your existing skills and transform your research papers into something worth sharing with the world.
You'll discover how to choose the right medium, content and platform to reach your audience,
Align your goals and get some theory and practical exercises to get you going.
We take a look at how you can make the most of your time to create content, that fits in your busy schedule
Reach out to plan and adapt the workshop to your groups availability. For best information transfer a half day workshop, consisting of 2h theory + 2h exercises, is advised.
